Just adding to Joan's suggestions for you. His pergolide should be adjusted upwards. It would be best to do this with an ACTH test but after 6 years with Cushing's, it's quite likely his disease has progressed beyond what 1 ml of pergolide can control. Also consider switching to capsules instead of liquid - we've had better control with them.
