The ethanol extraction that is used for determining ESC is actually the
standard used for most labs around the world. It's nothing "new".
Extraction times, temperatures and % ethanol could vary but bottom line
is that it's only showing simple sugar.

Those low numbers aren't unusual for chaff. Can't assume they will
always be that low, but they're within range.
