Thank you for your response.? I kinda heard something about Pasos or Peruvians predisposed to this, but wasn't for sure.? The horse I mentioned also has a heavy mane as well, but he has a significantly crested neck and it does tip a bit.? It doesn't interfere though with his movement or anything.? He does look pretty when moving.
