This is a very unusual protein analysis for straight orchard grass. Make sure you inspect the hay for alfalfa or other legumes....I'm suspicious.
Honestly, I wouldn't feed 19% protein hay to an IR and/or PPID horse. Too calorie dense. The iron is not the highest I've seen but is very high.
Have you seen this hay? Did you core and test yourself? Which lab?
