Just got my results back from Cornell on Amber's ACTH (34.3 pg/ml) and insulin (10.69 ulU/mL)(RISQ - 0.31)
Question: Is her ACTH close enough to 35 that I should consider Pergolide this fall? My vet doesn't think I should but he can be convinced. She has no symptoms of Cushings but she is 25 years old.
Another question: Since my vet didn't test for glucose and only for insulin, how good or bad is a RISQ of 0.31?
