Hello everyone,

Is there any guideline on how to adjust the Pergolide dosage? Mill's ACTH was done at Cornell in early July and was 40.3pg/ml (range 9-35). She had been on 0.5mg and is now up to 0.5mg twice daily. How high should we go to compensate for seasonal rise? Is it better to give one dose per day, two equal ones or some other? I have already seen an improvement in coat with this increase.
