I've learned that flax seed oil is extremely sensitive to light and oxygen, so IMO you would have to use an oil that comes in a dark bottle and has some sort of device that lets the oil out but no air in. Otherwise it will turn bitter in a few days.
The same with unstabilized ground flax seed. That's why I grind it everyday in a coffee grinder. :)
