You joined April 6, 2003. If you look in the top left hand corner of the page when you visit the site there ia a tiny "Hi, Theresa". Click on it and then click on profile. That should take you to where you can edit your personal info.
Vit E is fed at 1000iu per 500 lbs bodyweight. For example, a 1000lb horse would need 2000 iu.
