I wouldn't breed her. You already know she is Cushings, so that predisposes her offspring to likely be Cushings as well. Not a guarantee the offspring will be, but a very good chance. I know of a few people that bred mares before Cushings diagnosis, kept the offspring and low and behold those offspring eventually became Cushings as well.
