I typed *vitamin a* in the advanced search function w/Dr. K as author and came up w/Message#125132. I supplement Vit A for Diesel since his treatment for scc in his eye: 2 8000 mg gelcaps from WalMart that I strip and add to his mineral mix, no problems and I hope that's ok. I was reading an interesting article about it today on the Horseshine newsletter. http://www.omegafields.com/blog/cat/articles-equine-articles/post/vitamin-a, but I don't think there was anything in the article that Dr. K hasn't already said.
