She wants to do full panel likely because she suspects something other than PPID is the issue.  Or wants to rule that out.

Increase Pergolide slowly as has been already said. Can't tell you how high to go. Only way to know if it's controlling the disease is to retest or by tracking symptoms.

Make sure the pergolide capsules are fresh, ie purchased every 30 days, stored in door of the fridge.
