What did said vet have to say about the rather large increases (in a couple) of ACTH?

How can folks be so obtuse as to not see that fasting a horse that is supposed to eat all the time will not change the insulin results?  Rhetorical.

So, how is this going to be managed with current "fasting" philosophy...fast for insulin, don't fast for ACTH, two farm calls for two separate lab draws under two separate feeding scenarios.  Higher vet bills...

Thanks for sharing.  It's interesting to see an 'in the field' result that apparently confirms the recent study.
