Take a look at the dewormer file. Five day Panacur is no longer recommended. https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/EquineCushings/files/Deworming/ The file may give you better guidance but if this horse were here, I'd probably test in four weeks before the next dewormer and if needed, I'd use ivermectin. Your situation for housing, travel, work, stablemates, etc is likely very different from mine. Dr Kellon's dewormer short course is hugely helpful in sorting out these issues and establishing a plan specific for your situation.
