Has anyone heard of using Pergolide analogues for treatment of Cushing decease in horses? We don't have Pergolide on the market here, but I've looked at what is available for dopamine agonists and found some other similar medicine, e.g. Pramipexole, which is supposedly a more modern version of ADARs.
I, of course, wouldn't want experiments on my mare, but the alternative is to leave her as she is. (There is also problen with ACTH testing... ) Need advice!
Thanks in advance
