Hi, Kris - I have two things you can do right now which will possibly help.  First, order APF from Auburn Labs http://www.auburnlabs.com/html/eqProdGen.html  and start her on 10 mls daily.
 
 Then, please gradually switch her pergolide from twice daily to once daily. Many people have found that giving the full dose once daily is more effective than splitting the dose. I realize that you are having difficulty coping right now, so I will give you two alternative ways of changing her dose. The first way is more gradual, but you may find it to be too much work.

This is how you work the dosing:  take the 2.5 mg capsule and dissolve it in 5 mls (=5 cc's) of water. You will need a 5 cc dosing syringe, available from any drug store or the vet. You will have to do this every day for the next 12 days, which is a pain.

For the first 3 days, give her the 2.75 mg capsule plus 1 ml of the pergolide and water (shake well) in the morning.  Give her the other 4 mls of the pergolide and water in the evening.
For the next 3 days, give her the 2.75 mg capsule plus 2 mls of the pergolide and water in the morning, then 3 mls of the pergolide and water in the evening.
For the next 3 days, give her the 2.75 mg capsule plus 3 mls of the pergolide and water in the morning, then 2 mls of the mixture in the evening.
For the next 3 days, give her the 2.75 mg capsule  plus 4 mls of the mixture in the morning, then 1 ml of the mixture in the evening.
Then she just gets her full dose in the morning.

Remember to shake the syringe well, and to keep it in the refrigerator after it has been made up. I would syringe it in, then you are sure she is getting it.

The second method is to similar, but you are fooling around with the capsules over a shorter time period.  If you go this route, it is important to use the APF to prevent Misty from getting the Pergolide Veil.

Take the 2.5 mg capsule and dissolve it in 4 cc's of water. You will have to do this every day for

For the first 3 days, give the 2.75 mg capsule and 2 cc's of the syringe mixture in the morning.  Give the other 2 cc's in the evening.
For the next 3 days, give the 2.75 mg capsule and 3 cc's of the mixture in the morning.  Give 1 cc in the evening.
After that, she gets her full dose every morning.

It would be ideal if you could get more blood work.  Has she ever had a normal ACTH?
