I would call this a NEO issue that may be resolved today so would ask you try again and let us know. If unsuccessful, I am hoping Linda or Susan (Hoof mods) see this exchange and will check your membership status on ECHoof as I cannot. A direct invitation to you to join from a mod might solve the issue.
