Anecdotally, does PPID and/or pergolide seem to exacerbate vaccine reactions?  .......If PPID is unlikely to worsen a vaccine reaction, would the Banamine possibly cause an insulin spike or a temporary worsening of her IR/PPID?

There's no evidence to suggest Banamine could be involved.

  There is some information available on IR horses showing an inflammatory cytokine profile compared to non-IR horses. This could certainly lead to exaggerated reactions.

When you throw PPID into the mix, it gets even more complicated but long story short is that cortisol shifts the immune system into Th2 mode (antibody mediated, inflammation and allergy) vs Th1 (cellular immunity).
