Hi Lavinia--  I just saw your message to Tiffany about the Previcox dose and it is so timely.  I just received Cory's medicine in the mail.  The vet and I decided to try Gabapentin and Previcox to see if it will help with the pain in Cory's front feet.  The vet prescribed one tablet (57 mg) of the Previcox once per day.  Would it be better to give him half of a tablet per day?  He is weight taped at 735 lbs.  The Gabapentin dose is ten 400 mg capsules twice daily.  Does this sound o.k.?
