Just wanted to give you another idea for r/s/r'ing BP.  When I fed BP, I used these paint strainer bags, like this:  http://www.lowes.com/pd_126392-968-11581/12FF_0__?productId=1008385   SO much easier than a colander, which is how I started out.  Good idea on the sweet potato net bag too, Michele!  Some of the ones that onions come in would probably work well too.  The paint strainer bags are a much finer mesh.  May be something too consider if you are losing BP through the mesh while r/s/r'ing.

You can also separate your prepared BP into serving sizes and freeze it.  Thaw on counter or rinse again with hot water if you want to serve it up warm.
