Good work on the case history!  I am flagging this for Dr. Kellon.  This may indeed be a case of "treat the horse, not the numbers" , but let's wait and see what Dr. Kellon says. Putting the relevant results here - the rest are within normal limits.

..........I know the ACTH showed her pretty solidly within the normal range, but could this be a "treat the horse, not the numbers" case?  Or should I leave that alone and explore the other tests first?  I just want to get this insulin down as soon as possible.  It's never been fully controlled, but it's never been this high before either.
