Thanks for the link I have read it, I just wondered what sort of time frame you see a difference in.  I've been using J-Herb for a year or so and have just added the ALCar. I'm not sure if I've seen any difference so far, but no adverse effects either.  I just want to do everything to get my boy as comfortable as possible :)
