For an IR horse the Greenguard Muzzle is not going to be appropriate. It is certainly breathable but the amount of grass that would be available thru it is enormous. It doesn't really restrict grass access from the sides either so even a semi-persistent horse would be able to get a fair amount of grass thru the sides even if you taped the bottom shut. I had one horse who could eat hay quite reliably thru a Best Friend muzzle, never mind grass.
