Unfortunately, all the available test results for Jasper are highly suspect as the then-vet mishandled the blood samples multiple times. Mishandling will return falsely lower results. Even then, the ACTH came back at 298pg/ml so was a definite positive.
Would definitely consider changing him over to the ODTB cubes as his main diet. That way you know he is on a safe feed. Can be fed dry, wetted or totally soaked depending on the circumstances. He'll let you know which way he prefers them. You would want to substitute them based on the weight of the hay he now receives, pound for pound, then fine tune it as needed. Divide them into 4 meals per day, served 6 hours apart. Can use small amounts of soaked hay in SM haynet in between for chew time.
Could also consider raising the pergolide dose as it's unknown whether the PPID is currently controlled or not at the 1.5mg he is now receiving.
