I will have to defer to others more experienced to interpret that unusually low result. i would ask your vet to call the lab to explain how that <2.0 is possible. As another mentioned, its quite possible there was an error at some point in process from drawing blood to submitting to lab to lab handling to equipment malfunction, etc. Sometimes with vastly unusual results the lab(s) will run new samples at no charge.
