Luxy is definitely PPID and needs to be on meds pronto. That ACTH is only going to continue rising into at least Oct so need to get after it.

She is definitely not IR, leptin confirms that she's not IR at baseline either so your dietary routine can be a bit more flexible than a horse that is both PPID and IR. Mineral balancing her diet will help with allergy issues - it is the best investment you can make for any horse at any age so that you provide them with all the building blocks their bodies require to function optimally.
