Target Pergolide Dosage

Reading archived conversations on retesting one said when you reach your target dosage to retest. How does one know this target dosage? I saw an IR calculator on the History form but have yet to find a chart telling dosage amounts for Pergolide. I started Luxy on 1 mg Wedgewood Gourmed(not what I had asked vet to prescribe, wanted the half mg capsules) 9/3/15. 9/23/15 upped her to 1 1/2 Gourmed since she had gone back to not looking so chipper,etc. She seems better today! Haven't updated the history on the Pergolide yet. Julia & Luxy in PA 11/20/11
