there is a recent thread in gradsplus about vit e and how oil is needed or not needed. It has been well discussed here. Rod from horsetech says , his vit e formulation is fine and well utilized in his custom products. I switched my custom mix to Uckele and added the vit E into the custom mix. I dont want to have to add the soybean oil type vit e capsules unless the uckele utiization is deficient in this regard. ( I would have posted at nrcgradsplus, but there is a glitch in my posting on that site) --
