The ACTH of 20pmol/L (ref 2-10) is double what it should be (so NOT a low reading) and is still rising as the seasonal rise period has just begun. Good that he has been started on pergolide but it is likely that he will need a higher dose than the current 1mg to adequately control the PPID.
