Can anyone respond with clear directions and not just links. I'm a Mac, I can't download the case history form, and while I created a new folder for temp use, each time I come back on I can't find the previous one. I start a new one put in name and description and save but I can't find a way to enter anything into it. I am choosing the edit icon and it leads me back to name & description.
