How old is the horse?
Breed?
How long have you had him?
Diet before blood work?
Was he able to be exercised?
Any changes in diet or exercise before he got uncomfortable again?
Any grass?
Any lapses in trimming?
What are the "signs of laminitis"?
Radiographs?
How long before blood was spun?
