One more tip. I'd go broke if I purchased everything my vet wanted to sell me.. When an item isnt an emergency,, I'll tell the vet,, let me think about it.... I then ask the group here and mostly it's an item not needed. Labs are high also,,, My vet usually doubles lab prices to me,, which is fair enough,, but some vets including mine,, don't get cornell labs in a grouping,, for ex,, acth and insulin as a group, cost less than both ordered separately and then having the price doubled.
