I have the same issue with feeds in the case history as it is definitely a 'moving feast'. When I update I just note if I've stopped a feed or changed a feed, and if there is a major change in hay. I highlight current ration in yellow so it is obvious at a glance. The minerals are so similar except for a smidge or two (smidge being the scientific term for 20-50mg) that I often leave them as is.
