You're doing fine with feeding and it shows in the insulin but she doesn't need  any selenium with the cubes. You can keep her at that level unless she loses too much weight.

As for Thyro-L (show to your vet)

Thyro-L does NOT influence insulin action/responsiveness. It only helps with weight loss.
