Thank you Lavinia.  I'm hoping to be able to get an appointment with an equine dentist who does not use drugs.  He & his wife are both highly recommended.  Hopefully in the next 3 weeks I can get that done.  Planning on getting blood work again very soon, I do not believe his IR is managed at this point.
