Hi

Can I please get some advice on how my donkey's hooves need to be trimmed, please? Both front hooves have rotated coffin bones but his left is always more tender than the right. ( I'm a complete beginner - but I think one side of his LF is longer than the other????) On his LF near the coronary band, there is a scaley bit where his boot rubbed about 6 weeks ago. The photos are not the best & there aren't any of his RF hoof yet as his LF is to tender to put weight on to allow me to lift the other one. But hopefully, I will be able to add photos in the next couple of days. Any advice is greatly appreciated by both Abraham & myself.
