You can do all the tests at the same time, but you might want to be sure of what payments you'll have to make for both the barn call and the fees for the insulin/glucose tests as those won't be paid for by BI.  I know a number of our members have taken advantage of this offer before so hopefully somebody can chime in and let you know if they've done all the tests at the same time and how that worked.
