Have you tried using APF?  Have you completed a Case History?  As just noted in my email to Anne we need to know how much this horse should weigh, what she currently weighs, what her test results are and what she's currently eating and HOW MUCH is she eating.  Is she on any medication other than Prascend?  If so, what?  Have you changed her diet since she was diagnosed?  Thyro-L is not a miracle weight loss drug - there aren't any of those.  You need to start by addressing the diet and see if you can take weight off that way at the same time that you start treating her PPID and getting her ACTH numbers in a better place.
