Hi Helen, For compounded to be equivalent to Prascend that's how the script has to be written (1 mg of pergolide from pergolide mesylate) so I read that as you need to give her 8.5 Prascend to equal that dose. I'm sure if I'm wrong on that (which I'll blame on no coffee yet) I'll be corrected :-)
