acth and trh stim

about a year ago Majestic tested normal for Cushing’s using the ACTH test. But, using the TRH stem hevshowed positive for Cushing’s. A recent ACH test shows a very good reading. My concern is that perhaps a TRH stim test,mightv show something different. ??? It was mentioned here ,that only an ACH test is needed at this time and the TRH stim would be of no importance
