just an fyi: my cushings horse ( deceased )  each year got eye infections treated with eye antibiotic and steroid ointments  which did work which he hated;  did not have uveitis.  i read this that coq10 might help, which it eliminated his eye infection, gave april- october; started at 500mg capsules daily x 1 week then weaned down to 100mg ,  decreased each week until 100mg.  just a thought.  i have no studies or scientific background for this, just worked for him. daisy and tiko
