Bobbie, your words are elegant and just right. When you have devoted your days to caring for an elder horse who pays you back with love and devotion, the loos is so great. Her care consumed your days and nights, and you did it all out of love. Desi knew how much you loved her and I'm sure she returned every drop of love . I am in tears after reading your post. Praying you find comfort know you did all you could to keep Desi comfortable. We mourn with you.
