Hi Deb,

In order to stretch the socks out, after I washed them, I would dry them while applied to a 2 foot length of 4 inch diameter PVC pipe (two socks per piece of pipe).  This made them much easier to get on.  When I lived in Michigan, I would change the socks and boots everyday because they became soaked and muddy.  I used a boot dryer for the boots because I had to wash them daily.  I was using Clouds.  HTH.
