Hi Amy,

My gelding Cadet had an insulin of 338 uIU/mL before he went on Invokana.  This was with a very controlled diet, well controlled PPID, and no access to grass.  It came down significantly with Invokana, which he has been receiving since October 2020.  His most recent insulins were 27 in August and 32 this month.  Dr. Kellon advising me about Invokana has been life-saving for him and I am very grateful!
