Vaccine question

Flames spring vaccines have arrived. I normally give one at a time with about 1.5-2 weeks in between each one. Flame’s insulin is currently >200 (I am about to order Invokana). Should I wait until his insulin is lower to give vaccines (this could take a month or more depending on the med shipping) or start giving them now?
