I had to soak hay til I could get the Tc Timothy cubes.  And what I did was to put a hay filled hay net into a clean muck bucket.  And I put a smaller bucket filled with water on top to keep the hay from floating up. Having just one wet bag can get heavy - so you can  separate it into 2 hay bags/2 muck buckets.  And you might get a little wet, but at least it’s warm weather out. And in draining out the water, it was kind of satisfying to see the dark brown-red water coming out of it.
