Re: flax


Hi LJ,  I remember first reading about flax years ago in Horse Journal.   (Probably another of Dr Kellon's articles).   The article described a process that resulted in the ground flax being "stabilized",  preserving its nutritional value and giving it a longer shelf life.   If I remember correctly, two of the first companies doing this were Horse Tech, and Omega Fields.
