Hi Linda, this year Vinnie has had some skin issues that I have been dealing with too. I just attributed it to perhaps his PPID and maybe I don't have him completely controlled yet?

His issues started as scaly/scurfiness that was adjacent to his tail on each side of his bum, but has sort of migrated to these scabs that almost look like bites that have developed a scab.  I have been using coal tar shampoo with a salycic acid with some luck, and spraying woth biogel. But I honestly was wondering too of this could benefit from ivermectin. His don't seem to be itchy.  I also considered making a coconut oil, witchazel spray to see if that helped.
