I have been following your situation with your precious baby. I came to this group with a pregnant mare who foundered and laid down for 5 weeks. My heart goes out to you. To keep cool have you considered a spray bottle with a few ice cubes and a fan situated to blow across her body. 

If you get a fan be sure to get a barn fan or one with a enclosed motor.  BYW my mare had her baby and both are fine. When I was brought to this group I had no hope. This group held my hand and guided me on how to save them. You can trust their advice. Be patient. I know it's hard. Tears are normal. We are all rooting for both of you.
