Thank you Sherry & Dr Kellon. As I have had a shallow relationship with the computer, the data entry required for a case history is beyond my level of ability. I am sending out an SOS to group members residing in/around S.E. Wisconsin who may be able to assist me & Tuck in order to move forward.
