I spoke with her yesterday about this ongoing issue for so many horse owners and she said she would be willing to do a phone consult and try to connect you with a vet in your area who prescribes CP. I couldn't remember what state you were in when I was talking with her so I don't know if she can help you but it might be worth a try. Let me know if you want my email.
